Is god love?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCE39OeR4Js

In "Interview with god" god claims that he is love. If I were there I would have said "But Lord Yahweh, what about the times when..."

you said in Isaiah 13: 15 15Whoever is caught will be stabbed, and whoever is captured will die by the sword.16Their infants will be dashed to pieces before their eyes, their houses will be looted, and their wives will be ravished.

or the time you sent a lions to kill and eat people for not believing in you hard enough

They feared not the LORD: therefore the LORD sent lions among them, which slew some of them. 2 Kings 17.25 The nations which ... know not the manner of the God of the land: therefore he hath sent lions among them, and, behold, they slay them, because they know not the manner of the God of the land. 17.26

or the time you told that man to go through the city and slay everyone in Ezekiel 9:6 “Follow him through the city and start killing; do not show pity or spare anyone! 6Slaughter the old men, the young men and maidens, the women and children, but do not go near anyonewho has the mark. Now begin at My sanctuary.”So they began with the elders who were beforethe temple. 7Then He told them, “Defile the temple and fill the courts with the slain. Go forth!”

or that time you ordered the genocide of the Amalekites

Samuel also said unto Saul ... Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt. Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass. 1 Samuel 15.1-3

or that time in 1 Samuel 6:19 where you killed 50.070 men for looking into the ark

He smote the men of Bethshemesh, because they had looked into the ark of the LORD, even he smote of the people fifty thousand and threescore and ten men: and the people lamented, because the LORD had smitten many of the people with a great slaughter. 6.19

or the time you blessed the Levites for killing 3000 of their bretheren

27 and he told them, “Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: Each of you put your sword on your hip! Go back and forth through the camp, from gate to gate, and kill your brothers, your friends, your neighbors!” 28 The Levites did as Moses had commanded, and that day about three thousand of the people fell. 29 Then Moses said, “Today you are installed as priests[a] for the Lord, for you went against your own sons and brothers, to bring a blessing upon yourselves this day.”

or that time in Judges 1:1-7 when you delivered 10,000 Caananites up to be slaughtered and sanctioned the mutilation of their 70 kings by having their thumbs and big toes cut off

1 After the death of Joshua, the Israelites asked the Lord, “Who of us is to go up first to fight against the Canaanites?”

2 The Lord answered, “Judah shall go up; I have given the land into their hands.”

3 The men of Judah then said to the Simeonites their fellow Israelites, “Come up with us into the territory allotted to us, to fight against the Canaanites. We in turn will go with you into yours.” So the Simeonites went with them.

4 When Judah attacked, the Lord gave the Canaanites and Perizzites into their hands, and they struck down ten thousand men at Bezek. 5 It was there that they found Adoni-Bezek and fought against him, putting to rout the Canaanites and Perizzites. 6 Adoni-Bezek fled, but they chased him and caught him, and cut off his thumbs and big toes.

7 Then Adoni-Bezek said, “Seventy kings with their thumbs and big toes cut off have picked up scraps under my table. Now God has paid me back for what I did to them.

or that time in your largest single massacre (outside of drowning everyone in a worldwide flood) you killed 1 million Ethiopians??

14:9 And there came out against them Zerah the Ethiopian with an host of a thousand thousand, and three hundred chariots; and came unto Mareshah.
14:10 Then Asa went out against him, and they set the battle in array in the valley of Zephathah at Mareshah.
14:11 And Asa cried unto the LORD his God, and said, LORD, it is nothing with thee to help, whether with many, or with them that have no power: help us, O LORD our God; for we rest on thee, and in thy name we go against this multitude. O LORD, thou art our God; let no man prevail against thee.
14:12 So the LORD smote the Ethiopians before Asa, and before Judah; and the Ethiopians fled. (14:12) "So the LORD smote the Ethiopians."
(14:13) "The Ethiopians were ... destroyed before the Lord."

(14:14) "They smote all the cities round about Gerar; for the fear of the LORD came upon them: and they spoiled all the cities."

14:13 And Asa and the people that were with him pursued them unto Gerar: and the Ethiopians were overthrown, that they could not recover themselves; for they were destroyed before the LORD, and before his host; and they carried away very much spoil.
14:14 And they smote all the cities round about Gerar; for the fear of the LORD came upon them: and they spoiled all the cities; for there was exceeding much spoil in them.

We already have a word for

We already have a word for love. "LOVE" You want to make it your god, why not simply call it what it is,,,, "LOVE." Why invent a new meaning or add a new word to an idea that is and has been established for eons. Or were you just intentionally setting up an equivocation fallacy to see if someone would catch it?

Or that time when you got pissed by us doing what you already predetermined we would do, and then wiped out nearly all terrestrial life in that global flood after making your favorite family save 2 of everything (just imagine the incest!) in a giant boat that would not be able to stay afloat and in one piece on the seas? You're so great and loving!
