Wyoming Judge Removed

An open letter to the state of Wyoming and the United States of America:

Atheist morality is power, and the Wyoming Supreme Court is set to destroy our American First Amendment right of freedom of religion by ruling against Judge Ruth Neely for her Christian beliefs.

Arrogant atheist Wyoming judges are ready to decree that all lawyers and judges in Wyoming must practice as professing atheists. This will create a precedent for all U.S. lawyers and judges to practice atheist rule.

Flat-earth atheist beliefs of genetic homosexuality, gender choice, and homosexual power and privilege will be mandated to the entire U.S. judicial system.

Atheists Stalin, Hitler and Mao murdered 100 million people in the 20th century according to their morality of power.

Unless we stand up for the Christian morality that has been the foundation of the United States of America, atheist America will use their morality of power to murder us and the Rule of Law. Christian silence and cowardice has allowed atheist rule in America ,and now the foundational American freedom, freedom of religion, is set to be annihilated.

Wyoming and America, stand up against atheist power or prepare to submit to tyranny and the atheist rule of men.
“If we ever forget that we’re one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under.” –Ronald Reagan

The Judge was removed by the legal establishment, not by gays or atheists.

It offers the old lie about Hitler et al being motivated by atheism. They were motivated by political ideology and religionists supported them or the oppressive regimes they overthrew. Religious superstitions protect nobody from harm and nor does any other superstition.

Christians don't even agree on exactly what their god is. They are only united in a vague belief in "one god" and are atheist about the others...

Interesting that the subsequent comment section following the 'open letter' was so full of dissenting opinion. Perhaps there's hope :-)

One of the difficulties of

One of the difficulties of trying to take a stand as a rational being (and most atheists are at least rational--most of the time) is our opponents' inability to organize their own thoughts. You can't have a sensible debate with a hysteroid fanatic whose ideas are all over the map.

What we can trace, in ZeffD's rant, are many familiar misconceptions (plus "atheist power." a ridiculous idea that may be his own private delusion). He includes the old mytheme of America as God's country (which is still common horse fodder around the Bible Belt, despite the lack of textual support from the Constitution and the Decalogue). But how do you address these subjects when they're bursting out all over like errant blasts from a thrashing garden hose? There's no logical starting place for a reply.

Not surprisingly, ZeffD closes with a quote from Ronnie--possibly the single most dishonest president in our country's history--as if it were holy writ.

Pope Sinus......

Just a point if I may....

I think if you go back and re-read the Op....you may notice that the "rant" that you refer to is not in fact ZeffD's.....

It apparently originated with one Robin Goodspeed of Cheyenne ..... ZeffD included the links for a reason....read them.

This is very encouraging. It seems that intelligent people are deserting religions, leaving subliterate, uneducated, incoherent, inarticulate buffoons in charge of the PR.

Yes, I got confused by the message on first reading. My apologies to Zeff.

Regarding Hitler, etc. . . . . next time someone tries that line of argument, remind them that 50 million people were killed not by atheism but by faith: the firm conviction of the Japanese and (most) German people that they had a right to subjugate lesser races.

I don't understand how

I don't understand how atheists would do this anyways. We only make up a small percentage of Americans, and almost none are in government, because people wouldn't let them in.

Hey everyone, I am new here

Hey everyone, I am new here and this is my first comment! Being from Wyoming I am aware of this story and I read the letter to the editor when it came out. I stated my opinions in the appropriate places and I was glad to see that there are other like minded individuals in Wyoming. I know Wyoming is not part of the southern bible belt but sometimes it sure feels like it!
