Truman ! OK! My father is French Canadian. Family in Quebec since 1620. Catholics. We are white folks with high cheek bones because my paternal ancestors took Native American wives. My mother's family were Syrian Christians that escaped massacre from the Turks after giving sanctuary to the Armenians around 1912. My first wife was 3/4 Muskogee and 1/4 African American. Our daughter does not fit any check box on the census. What makes you so special just because some iron aged myths became adopted by the ancestors of Jerry Falwell?

So Antisemitism in your

So Antisemitism in your opinion does not have a racial connotation and antisemites are just anti jewish religion.

The implication of this would be that antisemitism is at par with islamaphobes and so on....

To be a Jew or Gentile is an

To be a Jew or Gentile is an entirely different kind of division than being distinguished as black or white Christian or Muslim, though it is most similar to a nation it is more like being a Gyptsy, so being antisemitic is different from being islamaphobic or racist. More like if all Mexicans became nomadic and lived amongst asmericans.

Not everyone who says unto Me

Not everyone who says unto Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. Many shall say unto Me that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn't we prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I shall tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness.'

Harry Truman, have you read this? Many christians will be in hell, especially the evil ones you mentioned. And heaven is not active yet, nor is hell. At the day of judgment Christ will raise the dead who sleep, and they shall be judged. ..."In a flash, the twinkling of an eye, at the sounding of the last trumpet, the dead shall be raised imperishable." Then those who are cursed shall depart from Christ, into the everlasting fire, and the blessed will enter the kingdom of heaven (or of G-d).

In Daniel it says,"Many who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt." This is the judgment that is to come. And elsewhere it says,"In that day G-d in heaven shall raise up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall it be left to any other people." That is the kingdom of heaven (or of G-d)

You are obviously here to "preach" in some way: You keep spitting out claims of fact or claims of knowledge. Ex: "Buddhist monks don't make this stuff up, if fact they try to keep it out of sight as to not show off."

But you can't defend your claims: When asked about it or presented with refutation, you either give a source that is so questionable in it self that it's mostly just a waste of time and pixels, or you omit to answer entirely.

In a way, I can understand you giving questionable sources because you believe in them, but then you have to be prepared to answer counter comments. You seem to pick and choose heavily among what to answer and what to avoid.

What's up with making claims, then omitting to defend your claims? Is this dishonesty towards yourself? Picking and choosing what fits in?

If you are going to make claims, then avoid the questions or refutations, why give the claims in the first place?

Harry,

Harry,
The Pragmatic called you out. Stop making claims and then saying there is no evidence because they're secretive about it. Did you happen to catch what that means? It means you are talking out of your gluteus maximus yo. Put something on the table to discuss.

The unicorn under my house can light beer cans on fire by farting on them but every time I try to get my phone out to take a picture it gives me the finger (with its hoof) and says, "this one's for Harry Truman" before it disappears in a puff of smoke. Did I mention I drank the beer? Nevermind.

I must admit to having

I must admit to having skipped much of the discussion--reading bits here and there. So any input on my part should be brief.

The Old Testament deity told the Israelites not to kill, then commanded a later generation of Israelites to make war on the Midianites, and massacre the citizens of Jericho.

I could not, personally, accept the rule of any such bellicose and unfair god as anything more than tyrannical. But I don't have to, because there are no gods. We can't start a sensible discussion of the all-important problem of morality until we've eliminated mythology from consideration.
