It is very simple to convert an atheist, you need to show your god to him.
If a theist cannot show an omniscient, Omnipotent , loving god then he cannot hope to convert an atheist.
The problem lies with that requiring proof and not faith. They just have everything based on faith.
So do you, it is simply for world view. You still can't show proof of anything that proves evolution that can't be refuted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And stop claiming theres no supporting evidence for evolution for a start its a damn theory that required evidence.
When you 'converted' did you have brain damage somehow youve forgotten everything an atheist would know, probably because your a liar. Did you pray for forgiveness for lying, you cant be forgiven if you continue the sin, so if you want to avoid hell you should fess up your not fooling anyone so why bother with the sin.

It is not enough to find an extraterrestrial intelligent life having an exact religion to even convince me of a validity of something.
It just means that the extraterrestrial entity messed with our past and created that religion.
It just has nothing to do with truth.
A theist must show evidence to the truth not that aliens are more reliable then their book.
I agree with you on this. I read part of a book (The Believing Brain) that included the stories of how people became theists; one prominent scientist became a believer because he "saw God", and another man also had a similar experience hearing a voice (though if I remember correctly his had more to do with extraterrestrials). Both had their brains playing tricks on them, which the brain can do, it is not perfectly reliable. Then there is the whole god effect, which I saw on a documentary once (here is a link, it is kind of interesting http://aeon.co/magazine/psychology/dopamine-marks-the-line-between-relig...). I think perhaps the only thing that would really make me believe in a god, without a doubt, would be if it showed up and more people than me saw it (and I could be sure that we were all in our right minds at the time of the sighting.) I'm sure there are other ways too, but that's all I've got for true undebatable evidence.
Yes good point personally id have put that in the circumstantial section.
I have mentioned in debates that christians have no proof their gawd was not some alien punking us since if he dictated genesis as many christians still claim he was wrong.
I personally believe that converting an atheist requires a lot of effort and evidences. It also depends on the atheist if he/she wants to be converted or not. A theist trying a lot to convert an atheist is simply wasting his time instead of finding ways on how he can prove the existence of god in his own way.
why waste time converting an atheist? Don't care 'bout theories, evidences whatsoever but GOD has proven his miracle in many ways that I believe matters most instead of forcing or trying to change beliefs. Not to disagree with atheist either its their choice and so with others... and me :)
Sorry but there has never been an independantly verified miracle.
If there was that would bring up the question of why over a million children under 7 where are tgeir miracles.
