3. he was going to divest his businesses? He changed his mind
4. he was going to release his tax returns? He changed his mind
5. he was going to appropriate money to black colleges? He lied to get a photo-op.
6. he was going to drain the swamp? He filled his cabinet with lobbyists, oil magnates and wall street execs
7. nobody on his campaign had communications with Russians? Seven people have now admitted they spoke with/met with Russian officials, after they lied and got caught
8. that the Obamacare replacement would cover more people at lower costs? Trumpcare covers fewer people at a higher cost
9. he would defeat ISIS within 30 days? Still waiting...

I saw an article in the news this week which reports a Trump voter being upset that he might cut her Meals on Wheels funding. Duh!

I am really tired of the corruption of both parties. They spout political platitudes and populist narratives to get votes (public and private faces) then pursue the objectives of their donors after the election.
I disagree. I see the conservatives and some Democrats doing that but not all democrats. For the most part, I see the Democrats as helping the common person.
I agree, Bernie Sanders means what he says and he has been saying the same things for many years. However, the corruption of the democratic party did not allow him to have a fair run in the primaries. I just expressed disgust at the corruption, I did not say there were no exceptions in the Democratic party; however,, the exceptions in the base are currently ignored by the establishment.
Endri, I'm with you on the shocking disconnect between what Trump says and what Trump does, and the fact that Trump's supporters and the Republican Party are okay with it, no matter what. I couldn't be more concerned. In fact, I have to limit how much I keep up with news related to the US administration. I feel like a wind turbine that has a maximum setting on RPM and automatically shuts down when the wind is too strong. Well, the news out of Washington is too strong and I'm shutting down frequently on how much news I can ingest.
I blame Trump and the Republican Party, and I blame all the people who are supporting this horseshit. Our circumstance is dire and Trump supporting Americans are like some maniac in the back seat telling a drunk driver to speed up. I'm deeply concerned.

I think America needs to get rid of all the politicians that are over the age of 45. The older politicians are holding this country back from progress.
