It sounds to me like you’re just overwhelmed thinking you have to make a decision about your forever. You don’t.

Oh, sure. Bring up the can opener incident. Apparently I'm never gonna live that one down. In my defense, though, I was young, had a little to much to drink, and - dammit - I could have SWORN I unplugged it first. Still, as bad as the can opener was, the toaster incident was even worse. *shudder*

You know, that was pretty good.

It made me think about the kinds of poems that confuse and blow your mind at the same time. An abstract haiku or the ones that don't seem to connect the words to each other... But you know that there must be a connection... Or not. The author never tells.

It speaks to the subjectivity of human experience. How can we look at the same thing and come out with different thoughts and feelings, each of us? It's the reason democracy is good for us. It's the reason we need the scientific method to keep us in line with reality. It's the reason why not everyone's favorite movie is Star Wars.
