I'm curious about this what type of Convention it is? did anyone have attained their previous convention so what they do in it and why 2018 convention was cancelled ?

It seems to me they over-extrapolated projected attendance figures based on prior conventions, and had to cancel before they were saddled with non-refundable deposits for reservations and other expenses.
The IHEU are holding an international convention in Nuremburg at around now. Maybe too many 'non-believer' conventions at this time.
