Hey, I haven't been around lately, so I figure I'll explain. I have no regular access to the internet now that school is out. I'm using a friend's laptop right now. Hey jared. Good to hear from you. Same here. I've been super busy doing open houses on the weekends and marketing for my job even when I'm not actually on the job.
