Well, aside from my wife and stepdaughter and stepson, I really have no other close family with whom to share this. Therefore, I just wanted to make the announcement to my little "online family" that as of today I have managed to survive half a century on this wonderful little oasis we call Earth. Yep, despite all the odds against me, despite all the reckless and hazardous endeavors I actively sought over the years, and despite numerous attempts by many unsavory individuals to end my existence, I have somehow reached the milestone of the big five-oh. Honestly, when I was but a younger and much more naive pup, I never expected to reach even half this age. *chuckle* Yet, to my amazement, here I am. Oh, and while I am here, I would like to extend a most heartfelt and sincere "Thank you," to all my AR friends who have helped me learn, grow, and gain so much strength and knowledge over the past few months since my first joining the site. Wish I could buy you all a drink!
