Throughout history humans have worshiped many different gods that come in many different forms, and do different things. How long will it take for us to believe in a different god?

Scientology was recently invented...i think of it as a cult but we might see it grow to become a religion. I guess ruthless people will keep inventing religions to get money.
Religion is like alcohol and sex. They are the most lucrative business ventures and always find ways to be reivented for profit.
There will be many more religions to come, but eventually they will die out if they do not present any true enlightment.
I think there have been over 10 of them in the last 5 years or so. They come, loot and leave without a trace.
