How do you even know when Jesus was born yet how you of his existence ? Who created that statement with that specific date and who created the traditional way to celebrate it which most of the population do

well December 25th was chosen

well December 25th was chosen because it crashed with a pagan holiday, it was meant that light would come forth, the winter solstice as an example according to biblical scholars and historians on the subject Jesus was born when king herod was alive and before the census was taken.the text says when king heros died so we can deduce from there the time when jesus was born, also the governor of Syria asked for a census he carried it out during the time of ceasar augustus was emperor,we also can figure out when augustus died.so jesus was born under roman occupation I would say around 3 to 6 b.c.,BC meaning before the common era.

I think the 25th could have

I think the 25th could have actually come from ancient Egyptian deities. One name I remember was Horus, who was born on the 25th and had a similar story. I think Jesus just took that date as many gods had that before. Some of these gods also have strikingly similar stories. I am not saying Jesus did not exist, but many of the details about his life could have been added from some of these earlier gods.
