Child Pornography Discovered in Vatican City

Vatican

Child sex abuse has had a long, filthy history in the Roman Catholic Church and despite its supposed efforts to get rid of the problem of pedophilia, a recent finding suggests Vatican officials still have a long way to go. Plenty of child pornography, including videos and images, has been discovered within the walls of the Vatican and this comes as a surprise to no one that identified the Roman Catholic Church as a protector of pedophiles and a child-abusing religious cult.

In a 50-page report, Vatican Promoter of Justice Gian Piero Milano shared details of the videos and images that were recently discovered in Vatican City, as officials heard him out completely at a ceremony in the start of its judicial year. Abiding by the age-old tradition of Catholic cover-ups, Milano refrained from sharing names of those that have been accused of possessing child pornography. But, in an unusual display of honesty, spokesperson for the Holy See Federico Lombardi named Archbishop Josef Wesolowski as one of the priests that has been found guilty of doing so.

As reported earlier, Wesolowski was found guilty of possessing over 100,000 videos and images of children being forced into sexual acts as well as molesting several minors during his years in Poland and the Dominican Republic. It was only recently that he was defrocked and removed from his official post. Yet, he has not been sent to jail and continues to be under house arrest at the Vatican. Reportedly, Wesolowski’s house arrest is only an eyewash, since the Vatican found itself cornered after the former archbishop was seen freely roaming the streets of the Catholic city-state after being quietly whisked away from the Dominican Republic so as to not be prosecuted there.

All of this, despite over 160 videos of teenage boys being found on Wesolowski’s personal computer where they are seen being forced to masturbate and have sex with one another. Additionally, there were videos of the minors being forced to have sex with adults as well. The guilty man had tediously filed more than 86,000 pictures into different categories in locked folders and already deleted at least 45,000 others at the time of his conviction. He is also believed to have carried a stash of child pornography on his personal laptop while traveling.
