I find it hypocritical that religious people accuse atheists of not having morals/ethics. I would much rather trust somebody that does not have to be threatened with eternal torture to do what is right. In fact, somebody that knows they can do whatever they want then just repent to repeat the same behavior seems much less trustworthy to me.
I’ve always found it amusing how religion puts strict restrictions on sexual behavior (priests can’t marry, sex for procreation only) then all their pent-up sexual urges are eventually exposed. The infidelities that come to light are only the ones they are caught at. No telling how many times they do what they want while accusing godless atheists of being immoral. Please watch this video as an example of my rant: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inYLkGHPNIk
I would love to hear your opinions.

Yes their claims at moral superiority make me want to slap them with a bible and say read this.
Religion was and still is politics.
So everything wrong they do, they must first accuse every other party which is innocent so that it appears that everybody does the bad deed.
Trust me, propaganda works.
It appears ridiculous but it works for real.
It’s funny when they are politically backed in a corner. Ted Haggard is one the funniest examples of Christian hypocrisy. I had little sympathy when his antics were exposed. I never liked the smug way he treated Richard Dawkins when he pulled up in his pick-up and demanded Dawkins get off church property.
Yea I am one of the few people that dares to say publicly that ALL living Christians are hypocrites with themselves and with others else they wouldn't be alive today.
They soften the punch by using the word sinners, but in reality it is hypocrisy since they know that they will sin again. Instead of facing the fact that god has imposed upon them rules that they cannot possibly follow, they prefer to blame themselves for it.
How can you love everybody like yourself and live?
How can you not kill your neighbor for working on Sunday as originally demanding by the unchanging god most merciful?
