Andrewcgs: Your assertion

Andrewcgs: Your assertion that the big bang / super nova are the same event uses the same fallacy asserted in Chinese medicine when the commonality of rhinoceros horn / erect penis is said to be the same event. Thus leading to both the near extinction of the poor rhinoceros and the capacity for reason in the buying public.

It's called the fallacy of

It's called the fallacy of the false analogy, and it stems from deriving a syllogism from a coupling whose relationship is confounded. Arguments that commit this fallacy are neither strong nor cogent.

I. An object A has properties P and Q.
II. Therefore, by I., If an object has property P, then the object has property Q.
III. Object B has property P.
IV. Therefore, by II. and III., object B has property Q.

II. is not always confounded, so a cogency test is necessary to catch this type of fallacy.

Don't forget, he is playing

Don't forget, he is playing both sides of the street. When they appear to have (more or less) opposite attributes, he claims that means they are the same as well.

I took speech and debate in high school and college, I don't need your feeble attempt to apologize for basically a lie.

Let's not get in a war over

I was not: I was responding to chimp3's note about the fallacy committed by Andrewcgs, as chimp3 was not able to recall its formal name.

The concept can be very much

The concept can be very much wrong but the commonalitys and dualitys are facts.my point about dualitys is if you have a foot of string there would be commonalitys and dualitys to different ends of a string that would point to both ends being the same string.point a and b could be pointed east and west=duality.both points could be made of the same material= commonality.if you keep that process going you know color, weight ect. One end could be hot the other cold base on were it is placed (east and west aka duality).so with all of those factors i think it would be safe to say that both point a and b is the same string should at the very least be considered and in my opinion would have i high percentage of being true.

To paraphrase a physics

To paraphrase an old physics professor: if you read in a book that buffalo travel at 30mph then the next day you glance at your speedometer and see you are travelling at 30mph; it is not safe to assume you are a buffalo.

From Wikipedia:

From Wikipedia:

" In Internet slang, a troll (/ˈtroʊl/, /ˈtrɒl/) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people, by posting inflammatory,[1] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog) with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[2] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion,[3] often for their own amusement."

I don't see how pointing something out about your post makes me fit this.

Im not playin this childish game of name calling but i have already explained that when you ask me was i mad that you was actually trying to get some type of emotion out of me in my response, so that defines you perfectly.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again. I'm not trying to make you mad, or feel any other way. I don't have any reason to. Stop making unjustified claims about people you know jack shit about.

That is what i am sensing

That is what i am sensing from you from these conversations is what i explained.you cannot tell me how i suppose to feel about something or someone case and point you feel like i am a troll which contradicts your last statement about having any reason to provoke you and claims about a person you know nothing about. There could be personal enjoyment as a possibility of reason to act as such base on the definition

The Big Bang was not an

The Big Bang was not an explosion in empty space. The space-time of our universe came from the Big Bang. It's a 4-dimensional thing. Supernovae are explosions within our universe as heavy stars reach the end of their relatively short lives. It's a 3-dimensional thing. Not a whole lot in common.
