i wrote a book saying there should be an atheist country published 2001
called new atheist majick found at amazon.com
now i developed art diagrams which a naval architect could use to make it a reality
of course it would need financing manily from muit millionairs and billionaires seeking to keep their wealth.
one such small island that would float would be for for helping cancer victims and cost less as
first working prototype for larger ones and not make same mistake as allowing religion there.
