Explaining Morality... ...to a Donkey.

I thought this was pretty funny.... ....and a little disturbing.

Are you telling me you're unable to determine that it is wrong to bash someones face in with a rock?
Yes but where did that CHOICE pop up from the very first time?

When it presented itself I thought about it one day and I agreed with it. After bashing someone's face in with a rock fifteen times I pondered. "Do we really need to keep doing this to each other? Must be a better way"
Hehe, but there is no evidence that it "presented itself". This is the problem bro. Who put it there?

I did. The bloodied fractured skull of the human being I just murdered. Isn't that evidence?
It is today. Not supposedly millions of years ago.

It was there thousands of years ago. We were just unaware of it at the time because we were savage animals. We hadn't evolved and started thinking yet.
Who put it there to be known?

The animals killing and scrounging for dominant territory did. Just needed to perceive it.
You kill people even with hatred or betrayal in your heart. Likewise fornication in your heart. A perfect God will judge you for these crimes. 53 million people die a year. The early is too big for you to have it all figured out. Rather worry about your eternal sentence as you continue to sin and deny your Creator.

Well I have nothing to worry about then because I will not kill or murder innocent people because it goes against the very core of who I am. I'm not a savage animal like humans once were. You don't need a deity to discover or find morality. If you need a deity to stop you from killing people then that's pretty disturbing
But you've been angry, lustful, told lies, worshipped man and his theories, and believe your way is the right way.
You've rebelled before a Holy God.

My way is the human way

How do you define your morality? Do you base it on your life experiences, lessons, reason, and logic?

My morality comes from

My morality comes from treating others how I want to be treated. I don't need a god(s) to be a moral person.

The OP is assuming that

The OP is assuming that ancient humans were more bloodthirsty than we are now. There is evidence to the contrary. In this last century the death toll is in the millions. 65 million in WW2 alone. No primitives ever pulled off a feat like that.

These amazing achievements would not have been possible without god on our side.

How many times must we beat

How many times must we beat this dead horse?!
Morality comes from society AND individuals, not a god or a religion(although religion is a society).
Every society has written and unwritten rules of acceptable behavior. These rules are dynamic and change as society changes. As you break down societies into smaller and smaller segments those rules change accordingly. For example, a society of rednecks thinks it is acceptable to have slaves to persecute gays, to marginalize and victimize women, but society as a whole does NOT accept this behavior. Time also dictates morals. The Spartans thought it humane to cast deformed babies off of cliffs to their death. Nowadays we find that abhorrent.
Morals change over time and depend on the society that constructs them. Individual morals are a product of environment and upbringing. For example, Ma Barker's kids thought there was nothing wrong with murder. They had absolutely no remorse or guilt. They were raised that way.
