Just a few weeks ago a judge order the giant cross removed from public land. Now the religious people are pressuring the Pensacola government to appeal.

Well, I guess it's sort of reassuring that Oklahoma isn't the only state wasting taxpayer money on stupid, unconstitutional legal actions that are doomed to failure.

The cross was supposed to have been removed next week but there's an appeal. It will be a while.
