Atheist Republic Meetup Coordinators will plan and organize meetups and events in cities in which they reside in. The most important qualities are strong, clear, and positive communication skills and a leadership style the engenders cooperation and enthusiasm.
The primary goal of these meet ups are to provide a sense of community for atheists. The meetups can be as simple as a few atheists meeting for discussions. The primary purpose of the group is not necessarily to host major events, however, those that are able and willing to do so will receive support from Atheist Republic. All Atheist Republic events will be promoted to the Atheist Republic community.
The Meetup Coordinators will be added to private Atheist Republic Facebook groups for their city (Atheist Republic Consulates). The directors are expected to promote the group and encourage members to start their own events.
