And billions more will follow in the future, as I currently plan on having no more than 2 children when I grow up and get married... because a) I don’t want my future wife to have her body ruined from carrying all those kids, and b) it’s already hard enough for my parents to deal with my brother and I, and I do not want to have to deal with more than 2 in the future.

Hey! Whaddaya know? That dude is a cousin of mine! Well I'll be! Good to see he has a steady job now. The family got really worried about him for awhile when he developed that synthetic oil addiction. Got so bad at one point he was selling off his non-vital components to the recycling plants just to get money to maintain his habit. Was always dreading the day I would get the phone call saying his frame had been found in the scrap yard. It would have devastated my aunt. She always hoped he would grow up to be an industrial machine, or maybe a military vehicle. It's great seeing him back on his feet. Looks like he is in some sort of research position. Fantastic. My aunt would be proud. Sounds like he hasn't quite lost his usual "cheerful" attitude, though... *chuckle*... He's a real character, that's for sure.

SInce you asked for opinions my opinion is that you should consider this relationship dead. Bury it and move on to find someone you will be more compatible with. The guy sounds like he's a control freak and will most likely end up abusing you in order to dominate you into doing what he wants you to do.
Can you imagine what your life with him will be like in the next 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 years? Do you think your doubts will disappear? Will you be happy being his slave? I'm sure that you would love any children you might have with him but suppose you never become pregnant? How will he react and treat you in that circumstance? And if you did have a child how many would he be satisfied with, 1 or 15? Don't let yourself become a sow hog churning out piglets.
So avoid all future contact with him so that he won't flip out and harm you. Stay safe and don't put your physical, mental, or emotional health at risk.
