Hi, this is my first post here so please forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong section. I am trying to be as anonymous as possible since I am currently residing in Bangladesh. Just wanted to say that the community here seems very supportive and I'm looking forward to any and all future potential discussions and queries.
I have started my own movement here in Dhaka to promote and provide consultations to ex-muslims, atheists or anyone who may feel oppressed by religion (usually in person or in more sever cases of depression, recommend secular psychiatrists that we trust). This has in turn, inspired me to start my own podcast dedicated to secularism from a third world perspective which i believe is severely necessary.
The following is a link to my first episode:
Please let me know what you think of it. Given the nature of my career, I come across a lot disadvantaged or disillusioned individuals from diverse backgrounds, ranging in income, literacy and/or social classes (yup, that's a thing here). I really want to reach out and give some semblance of hope or reassurance to those fortunate enough to see the flaw in religion but unfortunate because they are trapped in a society that vilifies rationality.
I would like to, once again, apologize if this the the wrong section to post this in.
Thank you and have a great day.
