Thought this might get a chuckle or two...
=============================
Ideal Girl?
Tragic, deceptive, insane, innocent-looking, manipulative, immoral, lonely...
It’s what makes a girl fascinating and desirable.
So lonely and hurt in her heart you absolutely want to comfort her, so insane and immoral you absolutely fear to become close to her, so deceptive and manipulative you wonder whether you’re acting out of your free will.
This is what I call fascination.
This is what describes my ideal girl.

I'll settle for breasts.
what about an ideal boy?
how about us?
@Cog
Excuse me for being slow on the uptake, Cog- but are you saying you want boobs sans a woman?
I'll go for: intelligent, self reliant, caring, slightly (but positively) insane, creative, interesting, loving, cries at films like me, feral when threatened, loves bacon.
@Arakish
That sounds like the woman described in "Vida Loca". (I like the Donkey + Puss-in-Boots version.)
What is Vida Loca? I assume it is a song? Remember, I am musically challenged. About all I have ever listened to is Classical, Instrumental, cool and groovy jazz, and Classic Rock.

It's a song about living the crazy life with a wild woman. Originally a hit for Ricky Martin, it was performed in the movie "Shrek" by Donkey (Eddie Murphy) and Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas).
I can enjoy most forms of music except rap, the Hansons, and scat jazz. I even like hymns, and I love to roar out "Jerusalem" at proms concerts.
OK. Got it. Never heard the song. Never seen Shrek. Rap? There is only one thing I like about rap. You can add a "C" and get exactly what it is.
Thanks. I'm enlightened a little.

Ya know, with the exception of being innocent looking, I do believe the OP has described my wife. And while I am not necessarily afraid of her, let's just say I have a verrrrrrry healthy respect for the fact she can be impressively cool and calculating and patient in a most intimidating manner given the right (or wrong) conditions. It is truly a marvel to see.....(as long as it is not directed at me. *chuckle*) Yep, I am a lucky guy. *Big Grin*
No offence to TinMan's wife but the OP's 'ideal girl' seems to describe someone who needs a counsellor or a psychiatrist, not a boyfriend :-)
@ZeffD
No offense taken, my man. *chuckle* Fact is, she did have a fairly rough time growing up (mostly psychological abuse) and then later on in her early adult years (a bit of physical abuse thrown in to the mix). So after her Mom and Dad died just a few years ago, she did end up going to a few counselling sessions.
Make no mistake, though, she is an incredibly tough and wicked-smart gal. She has an amazingly intuitive ability to read people, and she has a strategic mind to rival that of any Army General. And rarely (if ever) does she allow her emotions to cloud her judgement. She can be playful, creative, and ferociously passionate, and yet still be as cold and calculating as a python waiting to strike its prey. She is truly a fascinating woman.
Sigh....I don’t have an ideal girl.
Me neither. Though one who'd come in, cook dinner and vacuum/mop once a week would be nice. Just someone to keep my house clean, cook my meals and go away.
*take it, Neil Young* "A may yay yay yayd...a girl needs a maid."
@Sushi and Cyber
No need to fret, ladies. No doubt both of you could easily BE somebody's ideal girl.
"somebody's ideal girl."
i think sush and cyb are.
i think i wanna have a coffee with them and chat all day long.
are you in T-man??
looks like its a fun talk with our 2 muses of this forum.
Make it a good single malt scotch instead of coffee and I’m in. :-)
@Cyber
Don't have any scotch, but I do have some single barrel Tennessee straight rye whiskey. lol
I'll go coffee, thanks, Quasi, you sweet talkin man.
so starbucks anyway?
shall we? sush...
care to join us t-man? they have lubes available there too bruh..
bring cyb along...and her malt scotch..
a lot of ideal girls now turned out to be HBIC.
that's the fact.
i mean..look at my fiance, "the boss" but damn i love my girl.
in fact...we're getting married this coming year...
i already found my ideal girl. she's not perfect but, i can live with that..
and you're all invited..hahah
@Q
Sounds like a good woman you have, dude. And, yeah, the women ARE pretty much in charge. *chuckle* However, the really good ones allow us guys the illusion that we are actually calling the shots. lol
that i have no doubt. T-man...
hhooooorraaahhh...
(hiccup) (hiccup)
What happened to a classy good-looking, kind, ok with nice boobs girl? )) why to make it so "deep")))?
classy, good looking, nice body, chic? with great boobs..
yeah... my fiance got that all....
That's kind of a strange ideal girl, I think. Ideally I would say she would be intelligent and mostly rational, loving, caring, beautiful, funny and - if god allows- atheist.
Well, as a matter of fact, I've already found my ideal girl. So I suppose I'm a bit biased about the idea of ideal girl.
whoah...zup AU...been a long time huh?
i bet you got a lot of catching up to do bruh...
welcome back...
hey guys, look who's back..
the man with picture of sam harris in his profile, but he dislikes the dude anyway..hahahahaha...
Heya Quasi,
I definitely have some catching up to do. I've been very busy and very involved in the current events in my life. It's been hard to find the time to get on, but I miss it for sure.
(I don't dislike Harris... I just disagree with his talk about spirituality. That aside he's pretty brilliant. )
@Aposteriori Unum
Nice one and congratulations my friend. Now take your eyes off her and get posting. We missed you.
Hi, beautiful people! Ladies and gentlemen who like men should kidnap this thread... Only ideal girls? Come on!
I guess I am what now it's called "sapiosexual", I mean the butterflies should be in the stomach, but also in the brain, meaning someone that I found attractive but also able to have a great conversation and to make me laugh... Being an atheist and a feminist (oh, yeah, that darn word, that only means sb who treats me as an equal partner), respectful and who really knows how to write. That's sexy as hell. @Sushi, sb who cleans? That goes to my list, hehe.
@Aposteriori, your girl sounds pretty good. All of that? Congrats.
Btw, to the @OP, I found quite disturbing to include"deceptive" and "manipulative" as a good feature for a person who supposedly loves you. I guess you don't mean to yourself but to others.
@Flame and Apost
Well, well, well..... About time you two got your butts back in here. Now knock the cobwebs out of your brains and get back to posting. You both have much catching up to do around here. But first, your penalty chores.
*looking back over shoulder and yelling*...Hey, Old Man! Go grab the mop and bucket! I'll go grab the broom! We'll let them flip a coin to see which of them gets which.... *turning back toward Flame and Apost*... By the way, you two get started in the Debate Forum. That seems to be the messiest lately. C'mon, c'mon! Chop-chop! Get moving! You're moving like pond water!
