I find it sad that a cow is valued more than a woman in India. Religion rears it's ugly head again.
It's to be expected, though. If people accept that war is the means to an end, then they accept death as a necessary means. If humanity is considered expendable then man has subordinated the preciousness of life as the means to an end. If he's capable of that kind of barbarous treatment of humanity then we shouldn't be surprised by blatant displays of it. Nor should we object because one man's cow is another's jesus. Tell me which one has spilled more blood?
