Atheism, Religion Facts and Figures

If you have tried to acquire statistical figures related to atheism, you probably know that there isn’t much available. This is mostly because atheists prefer to keep their beliefs to themselves. That is why the Atheist Republic team has to go to great lengths to gather correct facts and figures related to the subject from across the world.

On this page, we create tables listing data related to not only atheism but also religion. Once you go through the content, you will learn that the comparative representation helps you to assess different aspects of both subjects that happen to find themselves placed on extreme ends of the same spectrum.

Since the facts and figures are depicted in a simple, comprehensible manner, you will be able to understand the changing trends related to both atheism and religion with ease.

A surveyed list has been made of the top twenty countries that hold the highest number of individuals who are said to be either atheists, or agnostics. However, the given numbers do not necessarily constitute the exact number of people who claim to be non-believers in God. For example, out of people who tool the survey in Estonia, 49% of people claimed that they do not believe in God, but only 11% called themselves atheists.
