Hi, I'm new here too.... Seems like you found a good place to be positively reinforced, and to avoid housework. Have a calculator handy.. Some of the math questions are tricky.

Lol I wouldn't be surprised if he turns back up at a premier league club at some point... I thought he would do better with Utd, but saying that.... At least he's won a couple of trophies for us, unlike Jurgen flop who's won nothing as it stands :D

I don't have any atheisists I can lean on in face to face. But I get my "inspiration" and motivation from this forum and YouTube videos. From that I have listened to all the major arguments, and they are darn convincing against theism.

I have had many professions, all of them requiring a lot of common sense. I live in the real world. Whether I look both ways when crossing a street, am assembling a gas turbine engine, or up a pole fixing power lines, everything is simple common sense. And when I hear theists babble on about stuff that just does not exist in the real world, I have no problem treating those stories as they are, just products of the imagination or babble.

Welcome francisco.

Here in the hub you can and should expect lots of positive reinforcement if you ask for it.

You are among atheist here, with many of us having lots of experiencing dealing with a still mostly theist world. I came to these boards with a GED in atheist thoughts, and now I feel I am on my way to a post graduate degree in understanding all this stuff. I have a much greater understanding about all this. And it is very nice to know there is a group of people, that at least on this subject think like I do.

When it comes to being open minded, a zombie with a hole in his brain can out function some of the people on this site. Theist or Atheist a bad idea is a bad idea and this is a great place for testing some of your ideas and then getting pissed off or choosing to learn. No one expects anyone to know everything, but around here outright ignorance is frequently challenged.
