I am still new to life. I just turned 18, and graduated from high school. I dont have much experience in life, but I have enough to know that I want to start over. I dislike the way I was raised because it took many opportunities away from me, opportunoties that were once in a life time. Even though my past created me, it took my happiness away. Maybe if I hadnt put so much faith in God, I wouldnt have been so afraid or dissapointed. I would have braver, stronger, happier.

Hi Sierra. Welcome. You can be brave, strong, and happy going forward. There is a lot of time, experiences, and wonder ahead of you.
Glad to see that you have come to realize that what you were indoctrinated into was bad for you at the ripe old age of 18.
Just be happy that you didn't have to go another 50 years til you understood.
