Why International community don't force muslim countries?

There are a lot of Ex-muslim people being persecuted every year in different muslim majority countries. Why don't international community force those muslim majority countries government to provide ssafety and qstop persecution over atheist people??

Aren't Atheist human being? They have the right to live in this universe too.

I'm writing this because one of my atheist friend has got an death threat today over phone call. Few days back, someone case a file to police against him on blasphemy law.

Now he has no other way to hide himself. He was only avoiding everydays five times prayer and rarely criticized and debated against his previous believe with muslim leaders.

This scenario of atheist in muslim countries should be changed :(

A large part of the problem

A large part of the problem is that any critique against religion or faith, is considered taboo.

I live in Sweden, and even here in a (supposedly) secular country, with one of the lowest proportions of religious people, speaking up against religion is frowned upon.
Any country that would speak up against Islam, will get harsh critique from the rest of the world. Not to mention that it would also become the new main target for Islamic terrorism.

One of the main goals for people like Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, Christopher Hitchens and others have been to attempt to counteract the unspoken rule that it's forbidden to criticise religion. Of course it should be allowed! The more true a religion is, the more critique it should be able to withstand.

No one wants to risk sticking their head out.

It's the same thing with all

It's the same thing with all problems associated with religion, within all religions and all their denominations.

Take the AIDS epidemic in Africa. The entire world should be giving the Catholic Church "hell" for their stone age view on contraceptives, but as long as it's happening "over there" no one is going to risk sticking their head out and criticize religion.

Or the unprecedented accusations of sexual abuse against the Catholic Church, how they protect their own child rapists and are lobbying against laws that would help sexual abuse victims, and are threatening with punishment within their own ranks of priests against anyone who speaks out, etc, etc, etc. The entire world should be tearing the Catholic Church apart for this, but nothing is happening.
