It's "Methinks", not "Me thinks". It's an Old English word meaning "it seems to me". It was already old-fashioned when Shakespeare used it in Hamlet ("The lady protests too much, methinks"), and now its misunderstood, misused, and mispelled by pretentious twerps.
Why not just say "I think"? Although I would hesitate to make claims about thinking in the same sentence as a claim about the existence of god. Thinking tends to make gods evaporate.
Grammar Nazi here, and I'm going to have to correct you on that. That is actually Middle English, not Old English. Old English is another language compared to ours.
It appears in Anglo-Saxon (Old English) texts, such as King Alfred's translation of Boethius' "Consolation of Philosophy" as "methinkth", but you're right that "methinks" is the Middle English spelling.
