I've got one: this website.

I've got one: this website. Literally THE ENTIRE THING is nothing but anti-atheist, anti-gay and/or anti-feminist propaganda (but mostly anti-atheist; this site appears to have an unhealthy obsession with us!) Be careful when reading though... its extremely biased articles might kill you with laughter... I read one of them once, and I laughed so hard that my head hurt!

I know, right? They are so

I know, right? They are so batshit crazy, that it’s not out of the question that most Conservapedia users are, in fact, just parodists trying to see how extreme they can get in their edits without getting found out by Karajou, a CP sysop who is extremely paranoid and atheophobic, to the point that he’ll ban all who he has even the slightest hunch that they are atheists from this predominantly atheist-run wiki (which was originally created to mock and criticize Conservapedia):

https://www.rationalwiki.org/

And here is my user profile on that wiki:

https://www.rationalwiki.org/wiki/User:BadPiggies_9

If you scroll down on my RW userpage, you will find that I have had numerous CP sock puppets, virtually all of which were found out and killed by Karajou and 1990’s guy (two of the religious fanatics who rule the wiki). Here are all of the major admins on Conservapedia (and their RationalWiki-given nicknames):

-Andrew Schlafly (CP’s creator and ruler) is called “Assfly”

-Karajou (Andy’s second-in-command) is called “Karajerk” or “Kowardjou”

-Conservative (CP’s resident man-child and possible closet-homosexual and closet-atheist) is called “Kendoll”

-TK (deceased as of December 2010) was called “The Knife”

Thank you! I got it from RationalWiki. On there, it is a userbox- in other words, one of those box things that you put on your userpage in a wiki to tell other users about yourself.

The author of that page is certifiable. Here's an interesting quote about atheists:

By requiring fellow Americans to abandon Jesus Christ, they are attacking the very substance of what has made this nation such a leading light to the lesser people of the planet.

Who are these "lesser people"? As a Brit-New Zealander, can I be an honorary member of the master race, or does my atheism make me an unter-mensch?

Yes, but you need a trade agreement declaring you an honorary member of the race.

Well, good luck looking for

Well, good luck looking for FUNNY anti-atheist memes; virtually all of them are atrociously unimaginative and, rather than promoting religious belief, instead involve at least one of the following childlike tactics:

- Non-sequiturs

- Ad-homs

- Appeals to emotion

- Argumentum ad populum

- Strawman

- Deliberate lies, e.g. the “baby eating” thing and “Atheism: A religion we join to look smarter than everyone else”

- Constant pleas for us to “shut the fuck up”

- Denials that discrimination against us exists

- Insistence that it is somehow inherently “smug” and “arrogant” to not believe in God

- Memes where the “atheist” is rather poorly photoshopped so as to exaggerate ugliness and midsection size as much as possible (as if either of those things have ANYTHING to do with our validity whatsoever)

Tin-Man's picture
Okay, so maybe some folks

Okay, so maybe some folks want to accuse me of eating babies. No biggie. I understand. (I admit, you DO have to season them properly, otherwise they're a little gamey.) But to suggest that I eat PUPPIES??? Well, that's just hitting below the belt. I would NEVER harm a puppy. That is just SO wrong. The nerve of some people. Hmph!

Rohan M.'s picture
LOL! I can just never quite

LOL! I can just never quite understand what makes people think that we eat babies. Maybe that’s just another Lie for Jesus meant to frighten these propaganda memes’ gullible target audience.

Oh yeah! I remember when they did that whole smear-campaign where an actor masquerading as someone from PP said that they sell parts from the aborted fetuses. When I first saw that, I couldn't help but wonder why exactly someone would want to buy such things from PP. (sarcasm) Well, now I know why. Mu-ha ha! (/sarcasm)

Oh, I’ve got yet another atheophobic hate site (and unlike Conservapedia, which hates many things, this one has demonizing and dehumanizing us as its primary focus):

Here is a funny sentence from

Here is a funny sentence from that site:

All people of faith, including tolerant atheists, are welcome to follow our Facebook page...

Rohan M.'s picture
But then again, their

But then again, their definition of a “tolerant atheist” is an atheist who buys into this stupid notion that religion is some kind of special, unattackable bastion that must be unconditionally respected by everyone, and who gives into their cyberbullying tactics of marginalizing, condemning, and demonizing all dissenters. An atheist who is an “accomodationalist”, despite the fact that these religious bigots will just keep on demanding that they accommodate their fragile Religious Sentiments™ more and more, while worrying about remaining in power and fighting tooth and nail to deny the accomodationalist and the rest of their community their rights and freedoms based on their lack of religious belief, and then victim-blaming.

arakish's picture
And their mission statement

And their mission statement is hilarious:

MISSION STATEMENT: The Freedom From Atheism Foundation (FFAF) has an international mission to provide awareness of and resistance to militant state atheism, support victims of intolerant and hostile atheists, defend and protect religious freedom, and educate people on the illogical nature of atheism using science, logic and reason.

Anyone see anything wrong?

If there was something wrong

If there was something wrong with it, wouldn't that part be something right? I can't find anything right with it so it must be all wrong.

Rohan M.'s picture
Yes, definitely. I see the

Yes, definitely. I see the good ol’ Religious Reversal- a hypocritical and intellectually dishonest tactic in which a religious apologist takes reality and then reverses it so that atheism is “irrational” and “intolerant”, and so that their bullshit religion is “logical”. In fact, I have a feeling that FFAF might have just taken the mission statement of some atheist rights movement, but then reversed the words “religion” and “atheism” wherever they occurred.

And besides, their only proof of these mythical “militant atheists” are (of course) Communist Russia and Communist China. They seem to be completely forgetting that the atrocities of the leaders of these regimes were not done in the name of “no God”, but in the leaders’ own quests for undisputed power and dominance over each and every aspect of these countries. Heck, they even demanded that the common folk worship THEM as the gods, through cults of personality. And even if they DID do their heinous acts in the name of the lack of religion (spoiler alert: they didn’t), then this still wouldn’t make all of us inherently evil by definition.

Furthermore, what they define as “militant atheism” in today’s Western world is actually NOT militant, because a) not ONE of the various atheism movements have promoted violence towards religious people, b) the same can’t be said about how THEY feel about us, abortion docs, or LGBT people, and c) All we outspoken atheists are doing is stating facts about religion; we haven’t harmed or killed anyone, which is why the whole “militant” thing falls flat!

But try explaining this to them on their FB page, and they’ll just pretend you’re lying and block you.

“Freedom From Atheism Foundation”: Because you need to be free from freethought!
