Oklahoma School Reverses Course on Removing Cross from Campus Building

This is a public university in Oklahoma refusing to remove a cross from a religious building.

From a religious building...

From a religious building... like a chapel? Who built the chapel? Who pays to maintain it? It is used exclusively for worship?

The chapel is for religious worship and learning. The chapel is part of a public school. The taxpayers pay for it.
