Briarwood Presbyterian Church asks for its own police department. This has clear a committee in Alabama state government. Next it will be voted on as a bill.

They need to hire a private security company.

OK, but they have to hire a minimum of 21 cops in order to provide 24/7/365 coverage and to allow for vacations and sick time and they have to pay all expenses for the department.
