If you are unsure about god or an athiest, I want to help you, I cannot MAKE you become a cristian but, I want you to have an open mind and if you have any questions about your faith or if you just have questions ask away. . I will not loose my faith if you try to get me to become an athiest. I only joined this website to help people, and if you are a cristian and you are reading this, please help me answer some questions that may be asked. Which denomination of Christianity do you belong to? What bible version is the correct one?

Note that it is irrelevant if god stops you at the last second or not, you would kill your son if god does nothing because you have faith in god that that is the right thing to do..
So you admitted that you would break the "Do not kill commandment" if god asks you to.
How are you different from a suicide bomber that also claims that god asked them to do it?
So your god not only kills innocent people but makes people kill innocent people too, like little kids.
How do you combine the "God is good and just" with this fact?
Side note:
God can know about your faith without the need of killing people because he is omniscient.
God did not need to sacrifice his own son to forgive mankind because he is omnipotent.
WE simple miserable humans are not omnipotent yet we can forgive better then your "loving" god.

Therefore He is not limited by the time dimension He created, so has no beginning in time God is the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity (Isaiah 57:15). I actually quite agree with you on that. Your god, since it does not exist, cannot possibly be dead. Dead is a state wholly predicated on having existed in the first place.

Welcome Gristomatic, perhaps you can enlighten us concerning inconsistencies in the story of Noah’s Ark. For example, what about Egypt? They have a written history that precedes, is co-existent with, and which continues uninterruptedly after the time of the Flood, yet somehow they were unaware of that catastrophic global event. The most common date given for the flood is 4400 years ago, right in the middle of the Egyptians first burst of city and temple building, why did they not notice they were under water? The same is true for the Chinese and other cultures. How did a global Flood somehow ignore them, leaving their societies intact?
I think the god is not dead is the movie title which was horribly bias and it sucked. But thank you so much for coming too save us all who have lost our way. What would we do without people like you?
