@cranky47: Didn't Hitler have the spear currently in Vienna?
Hitler mentioned it in Mein Kampf, and there was a story that he took it to Berlin. But that can't be true because it would have guaranteed a German victory in WW2. And Hitler wouldn't have cared about a Christian relic, because we all know that his ghastly crimes were inspired purely by atheism, right? Besides, Hitler didn't need the Lance of Destiny because he had the Pope's blessing.
