Likelihood for an atheist

Are there any groups that are particularly inclined to be religious compared to others? Just demographically, are there any characteristics that make someone more statistically probable to be an atheist, or is it equal among all groups?

I think a lot of it depends

I think a lot of it depends on access to education and open information. Additionally, income plays a role in that it often afords or prevents access to those things.

You may also find that in areas where women are treated less like second (or fourth) class citizens, there is less religious fundamentalism.
