Morality was Hijacked by Religion

Morality Hijacked by Religion

The greatest tragedy in mankind's entire history may be the hijacking of morality by religion.

Yeah, some religious people

Yeah, some religious people seem married to this concept that morals come from faith as if we would just go about doing all sorts of immoral things without it and atheist are a bunch of immoral people who deserve to die and burn in hell, to theist who think like this I say fuck'em someone with that sort of logic is clearly a sociopath with potential to be full blown psychopath.

I once thought religion was good thing for it gave these potential psychopaths who without it apparently would have no moral compass some direction, but then it dawned on me one day, perhaps the world would be better off if the less violent of these people these people were locked away and kept away from society and the more violent of them were dealt with accordingly it is believed that this kind of mental illness can be passed on from generation to generation. Imagine a world with no religion and far less psychopaths.
